live event sketching

Live Event Sketching offers a unique twist for weddings and events, combining entertainment with a one-of-a-kind keepsake for your guests. At the event, guests pose for a quick reference photo, which is then transformed into a live sketch. Once complete, each sketch becomes a personal memento guests can take home. Modern and distinctive, Live Event Sketching stands out from traditional entertainment, offering a bespoke, personal touch that makes any celebration unforgettable.

how it works:

SNAP A PHOTO
Guests will pose for a quick reference photo in groups of 1-4 people.

SKETCH
I will create a sketch of the guest(s) based on that photo.

ENJOY
Guests can either stay and watch their sketch come to life, or they may come back later and pick up their drawing.

things to note:

• Individual Sketches take on average 5 minutes each, couples take ~6-8 minutes.

• For events with a large number of guests, not all guests are guaranteed a sketch.

•Sketches are done in an alcohol-based brush marker so they don’t require drying time.

• I supply all drawing materials needed to create the piece. I just ask that you and/or your venue supply tables and two chairs.

• Live Sketch Sessions last 3 hours and include set up and tear down time. Additional hours of sketching time and/or transportation can be purchased separately.

• I am located in South Orange County, CA. Any venues outside of a 30 mile radius will include an additional travel fee.

• I will bring an assistant to help with photos and setup.
